In 2005-2006 I was a compositing and Flame artist at Broadcast - a major post production company in Tel Aviv - working mainly on commercials and video clips. In 2007 I had the opportunity to work on two groundbreaking Israeli films:
Meduzot, who won the Camera d'Or in Cannes 2007, and Waltz With Bashir, currently nominated for the Palm d'Or in Cannes 2008.
Working on these films, and the artistic freedom that came with it, has intensified my understanding of the media and given me the opportunity to expand my expertise both as a compositing artist and as a VFX artist and supervisor.
This transition to motion pictures has added greatly to my capabilities both technically and artistically.
The work on the animation film Waltz With Bashir has opened me up to the magical world of animation and I aim to focus on animation projects in the future as well.
